Douglas Fir Cottage at Highland Holiday Cottages

Douglas Fir Cottage at Highland Holiday Cottages

Imagine relaxing on your patio, looking out over the pond up to Crubenbeag Mountain on a warm summers evening or, alternatively, surveying the same beautiful view on a crisp clear winter’s morning, snug and warm inside the full width patio door and windows of Douglas Fir’s Lounge. What more could you want?

One of our 2 cosy 2-Bedroom cottages, Douglas Fir offers comfortable accommodation for 2 couples or a family of 4. Upstairs, you’ll find a double bedroom and a twin room next door.

After a day’s touring or activities, you can put your feet up in the comfortable Lounge with wood burning stove, reading, listening to music, playing games or even watching TV!

For larger families or groups, you might want to consider renting both Douglas Fir and its neighbour, Cedar Cottage. They share a common Entrance Porch offering you really flexible accommodation. For privacy & security, both cottages have a second, locking front door opening off the Entrance Porch, as you’d expect. Book now click here
