Douglas Fir Cottage at Highland Holiday Cottages

If you want to relax outdoors with a glass of wine or something stronger, you can use your patio, looking out over the Lochan up to Crubenbeag Mountain on a warm summers evening or, alternatively, surveying the same beautiful view on a crisp clear winter’s morning, snug and warm inside the full width patio door and windows of Douglas Fir’s Lounge. All our guests have access to free fishing in our Lochan which is stocked with brown trout. There is also a golf practice area, a games room which has just been refurbished. There is a pool table in the games room and various other games to keep the kids busy! Douglas Fir Cottage shares a common entrance porch with it’s neighbour Cedar, one of our 1-bedroom cottages. Between them they offer large families or groups really flexible accommodation, if required.
