Highland Holiday Cottages works closely with, Newtonmore Riding Centre, The Haflinger in Laggan and Alvie Stables. We can help you arrange riding of all standards, from pony trekking for the relative novice to more challenging adventures for the more experienced rider.

All these Pony Trekking Centres offer unrivalled riding on spectacular treks with excellent views of the National Park. They offer treks through country paths, bridlepaths and fields.  

Beginners and experienced riders, families, group parties, schools or individuals, all are catered for by experienced, friendly local staff on hand throughout to maximize your enjoyment in safety.

Riding lessons are available for advanced or beginners and most of the centres are open seven days a week, through all seasons.
